Shorten Browser URLs with a Keyboard Shortcut in Windows

1. Attached is my version of the AHK script presented there:

   It works in most popular browsers and anywhere you can copy a URL to the clipboard.
   Now supports bit.ly j.mp goo.gl is.gd URL shorteners.
