Syncing Entourage with Google Calander

1. I'm stuck using Entourage at work because of an Exchange server. Is there a reliable way to sync Entourage's calendar with Google calendar. Obviously I'm on a Mac 10.58

2. My best technique is to sync events from between Entourage and iCal, and then put all my Google Calendar info into iCal. I do this mostly because my central calendar isn't in Entourage, it's on my iPhone, but it works just fine. Go into Entourage prefs, chose the "sync services" option, and check the box next to "Synchronize events and tasks with iCal and .Mac". Then never touch Entourage's calendar again - just use iCal.
