What app should I use to organize my movies?

1. I've got a big movie collection, with TV episodes too, and I don't know what app on Windows I should use to keep it all organized. Right now I've got folders but it's a pain to manually deal with it. How can I rename them into the right folders, and put them into a media library to make them easy to access.

2. Assuming you are using windows take a look at this article I posted the other day:
